The Mission of the secret Igloo.
Book one.
Whoa gasped Johnny Depp it was an amazing sight. Johnny Depp and his friends were climbing a mountain they were looking for a place to stay over the night. These three friends were spies from the America government trying to figure out how the Africa people were creating an ice igloo in the scorching, hot desert. Anyway like I was saying Johnny was trying to see if he can see a town nearby. They found one but it was an hours walk to get there, after an hour of tramping they found a hotel but it was fully booked with people. So they went to see if there were any other places to stay for the night. As they were walking they came across this wonderful old lady. She asked what brought them here to this old town the three spies replied by saying we tourists exploring the country.
It was a long night the old lady offered us to stay at her house but the problem with doing that was that the lady had lots of children that loved to stay up all night playing with each other. When they did go to sleep it was a bit quieter. After the night passed we got up and had breakfast for breakfast we had corn fritters with some tea. After breakfast, we told the family we had to get going on our trip. The old lady asked how long the trip would be and so I said it would be at least another five days. So the old lady offered us each an alpaca as she did not want, or need them any more so we said we would take them. We all chose an alpaca and headed off into the forest.
It had been about 4 hours since we left the town into the forest it was a beautiful forest but the only problem with this forest is that we would still be here at night and we would have to camp here for the night. We didn’t feel like it was the best idea to camp here as there would be wild animals on the hunt and we can’t risk getting hurt or losing our alpacas. We kept on walking till night time fell. We set up a camp in the middle of the forest. We lit a campfire to keep us warm eventually we set up the tents. We had one big one that could all of us in the tent after we set it up we sat around the campfire and had dinner as we did not have lunch so we were quite hungry when it came to dinner. After dinner, we put out the fire and went to bed the forest is really loud you can tell it was full of animals because I heard so many types of noises I can’t name them. At one point I think I heard a tiger roar.
After night had passed we got up to lit the campfire again to cook the food the lady gave us. After we had finished our food we packed up the tent and all our other gear and continued on our journey through the forest. After about 2 hours we came out of the forest into this small town called the travellers bay. That name obviously meant it was for travellers to stay of stoke up on food. So we stocked up on canned food and feed the alpacas we also brought lots of water for as we have to go through the scorching desert. We got back on the alpacas and headed off. After what felt like forever we stopped travelling to set up a camp. As you guessed we set up in the middle of nowhere. We put up the tent and set up a campfire with some sticks we found on the way here. Eventually, we got it going we put the steak we brought from the shops at our last shop it only took like forever to cook it but eventually it cooked. We enjoyed the sunset it was an amazing sight to see. After we finished our dinner we headed off to bed as we were really tired after our long long trip. We slept really well last night especially because there were no animal noises to keep us awake all night.
Well, today is another day of travelling again we got up to see the amazing horizon as in our country we don’t see much of that in the big city. We lit the campfire again to cook our breakfast which was the leftover steak from last night. It still tasted the same as it did last night. After breakfast, we packed up our gear again for another day of travelling to the desert. We got back on our alpacas and headed off into the day. We just realised we were running out of food and the nearest town was another day away so we would just have to make do with what we have got. We also needed to feed the alpacas as well so that we be a problem too because they would lose energy as well. So basically we are in the middle of nowhere with hardly any food to eat so we saved the food for dinner. We stopped to set up camp again we set up the tent and we didn’t have anything to burn for the campfire so we had sandwiches that were not the best.
After the long night, we got up to find that we could now see a town in the distance so we decided to go there and stoke up on food that would at least last another week when we got there it was obviously an old town we still decided to go and stoke up on food they had a station for the horsed and alpacas to stop and have some water and food it only cost about 5 dollars for them to stop there. So they paid the guy after that we continued our long long journey to the desert.
After two days we finally arrived at the spot of where the igloo was supposed to be but it was no longer there the whole place was deserted…
Will Johnny Depp finds the missing igloo or will he fail his mission.
