2020 Athletics day

Today's blog post is about 2020 Athletics on Thursday 5 of March.  We had to either be apart of social or competitive, I chose to be in social. In social we had to go to periods 1&2 before we did athletics. After period 1&2 we had interval then when that finished we started Athletics.

The first thing we did was sprints, first, it was the year sevens then it was the year 8 boys. After sprints, we did shot put first the year sevens than the year eights, then we did discuss. After all of that, we had free time until it was time for the relays.


My goal for next year is to join competitive instead of social.


What values did I show during the day I think I showed commitment the most by joining in all the sports activities. I also showed respect by cheering on the people doing the relays, I also showed resilience bu not giving up on the day.
